- SEW Eurodrive AC Motors – Conveyor speed is fully adjustable from 10 to 40 metres per minute; 0.09Kw for 230V / 240V 3Phase, 50Hz supply.
- 40mm Dia. steel zinc plated roller tube fitted with precision bearings. Rollers driven from heavy duty polyurethane drive belts.
- Roller centres – 125mm as standard when the conveyor is fully extended. Optional 75mm and 100mm roller centres can be supplied for the conveying of smaller packages or cartons. Please note optional roller centres will affect the conveyor compacted length.
- Motor overload protection – all drive motors have individual overload protection and LED warning to clearly indicate trip out.
- State of the art, ALL STEEL electrical control cabinets sealed to IP55 standard.
- Side plates manufactured from high quality, bright zinc plated steel plate with ribbed design to ensure maximum strength and durability.
- Fully bolted design – not riveted.
- Large, welded steel handles, powder coated, provide positive grip points for safe and easy manoeuvring of the conveyor.
- Zero pressure accumulation available to provide non-touch pressure free product queuing.
- All support legs have welded braces for additional strength and rigidity.
- Support legs are fully adjustable from 790mm to 1080mm as standard.
- 150 Kg load capacity per linear metre based on a level working height.
- 450mm, 600mm, 750mm and 900mm standard conveyor widths.
- Heavy duty castors – 160mm x 50mm swivel castors for maximum manoeuvrability. The castor wheel incorporates a foot operated brake.
- Conveyor fully complies with all CE legislation.
